They weren’t among the 68 teams that made the big dance known as the NCAA Tournament, but 32 teams still have hope of earning hardware in the 2022-23 college basketball season.
The National Invitation Tournament (NIT) announced its bracket Sunday night. Some teams will be disappointed they couldn’t secure a spot in March Madness, but others will be happy to have the opportunity to continue building a program.

Despite lacking the fanfare of the big tournament, the NIT should still bring some madness of its own. Here’s how you can watch the 2023 NIT and follow along — including the dates, times, TV schedule, streaming options and site information.

This year’s NIT will not feature any games at Madison Square Garden, the home of the tournament for its first 85 years. Instead, the semifinals and championship game will be played at Orleans Arena in Las Vegas. The first three rounds will all be played at campus sites.
